St. Pauls VFW Post #12025, the Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Post #5, the National Guard and other organizations invite the public to join with the community at the War Memorial on Broad Street, Monday May 30 at 10 AM to observe this special day as St. Pauls remembers and honors its military.

The guest speaker for the Memorial Day service will be Col. Pat Hash, Pastor of First Baptist Church, St. Pauls.

Every year, in thousands of cities and towns across America, people gather around their local war memorial and remember the men and women who paid the ultimate price for the freedom and liberty Americans enjoy and are thankful for every day.

Also, the community will not only remember these, but will honor those who are still with us and the ones who are serving overseas still protecting us and for the sacrifice they are making being away from their families.

Let us ever be thankful for all our military, and support them in every way.
