The effort to create a glossy, full color magazine marketing St. Pauls in now in its final stage, that of finding the money to make it possible.

What started as a Chamber of Commerce promotional, marketing brochure of St. Pauls has now expanded to include the Town of St. Pauls, which has set aside $2,000 to help cover publication costs.

That helps, but it leaves a big gap to fill to print 3,000 copies of the eight page (so far) magazine, which will cost $6,050 as is. If additional pages are required, that price will increase.

So Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors members are out pounding the sidewalks trying to sell the ads that will pay for the town asset and promotional tool.

Ads cost $500 for each full page in full color, $250 for each half page in full color, $125 for each quarter page in full color, and $75 for each eighth of a page ad in full color.

When a Chamber member, such as Rebekah Cain Allen or Duncan Mackie, calls on you, please help your business and St. Pauls by purchasing an ad. These magazines will be distributed by the Chamber and Town over the next five years, at Welcome Centers, at BRAC regional meetings and at the big BRAC meeting in Atlanta on September 23, and through the mail to those inquiring about St. Pauls.

“What we hope to do is to capture what’s unique, what’s interesting about St. Pauls,” said Town Administrator and Chamber board member Stuart Turille, who has headed up the committee to bring the magazine to this point.

“We have to get the word out about who we are and what we have here. By tooting out own horn, this marketing tool will become a snapshot of what we have to offer and will help us attract homeowners, investors and new business.”

If you are interested in purchasing an ad, please call the Chamber office at 865-3890 or Mr. Turille at 865-5164.
