The St. Pauls Area Chamber of Commerce is in the midst of its annual membership drive, and it is calling on businesses, churches and individuals to step up and support it as it supports a healthy, vibrant and attractive community.

Membership and membership dues power everything the Chamber of Commerce does throughout the year, including the monthly Night Out series, the Christmas Parade, economic development and many other activities.

Membership is open to any business.

First year membership dues are only $50 per year. Annual dues thereafter are determined by business type and size, but generally average about $100 or less per year, and are due by each May.

Churches and other non-profit organizations can also support St. Pauls through associate membership in the Chamber of Commerce.Associate membership dues for non-profits are only $25 per year.

Individuals can also join the Chamber in its mission to make St. Pauls more attractive to development and new residents via membership. Associate memberships are only $25 per year.

The membership drive continues through June 30, and there is still a way to go in order for the Chamber to meet its recruitment goal of at least 70 members.

Second reminder notices to members for 2009-10 will be mailed soon, so if you have not yet responded to the membership drive, please do so immediately.
